  • About

'(Poster for Art Gallery of South Australia exhibition)' 1974 depicts a work the artist made in highly polished maquette form, exhibited in a solo exhibition of sculpture and paintings at Art Gallery of South Australia in 1974. The maquette was fabricated on a much larger scale for a site specific sculpture for the University of Wollongong, Gateway to Mt Keira in 1985, after the artist returned to live at Jamberoo in NSW after a decade in Adelaide, (see Peter Pinson, Flugelman, Watermark Press, Boorowa (NSW), 2008, pp 63-64). This print is an accompanying earlier state edition with just the black key image and green lettering.
