dimensions variable :
a - Painted roll; 31 x 1606 cm; 1606.0 cm is the total length of the roll from the metal hook at beginning to/and including the spool end. The painted (coloured) section of the roll is 485.5 cm in length.
b - Empty (unpainted) roll; 31 x 1616 cm; The 100mm difference between the length of the 2 rolls is due to the fact the painted roll has more paper glued on to the roll core than the empty roll.
