About
In 1936 the photographer George James Morris travelled overseas, visiting Europe and the United States of America. This photograph was taken during that trip, probably in the United Kingdom. The photographic studio, known as Jerome Studios, was established in the United Kingdom in 1928. Within ten years it had branches throughout the country, along with Paris and Amsterdam. It boasted that customers could have their photographic portraits processed while they waited.
