  • About

Art Centre documentation for this work states:
"Thaa ukathan is the name for the brolga when he stretches his legs out to land. My last name, Yunkaporta, means brolga. We have different language names for different parts of the brolga. The Yunkaporta family has a big connection to brolga and it is also one of my big totems."
