About
Art Centre documentation for this work states:
"Ngoyngk tha'than is a Wik-Mungkan Language expression for shadow. In the late afternoon, this shadow can be seen on the wild dog as it walks across that Country. He even changes colours as the sun gets lower in the sky. The colours on this Ku' comes from that shadow that is cast from the late afternoon sun." -
