Stories and music: Lost histories With Troy Russell, Leila Hamilton and Susie Bishop

Three people: one holding a violin and one holding a guitar

Left to right: Susie Bishop, Leila Harrison and Troy Russell

The Art Gallery of New South Wales’ new library and archive is home to Australia’s first dedicated art library for children, on lower level 3 of our historic building, now known as the South Building.

Join us for stories and music with Biripi and Gamillaroi musician Troy Russell, the lead creative on Lost histories – a show based on his family history, created for Musica Viva Australia in Schools program and brought to life thanks to the Intersticia Foundation. He is joined by performers Leila Hamilton and Susie Bishop.

Suitable for the whole family, from the very young to the young at heart.

The event is part of celebrations to mark the opening of the Art Gallery’s new building, known as the North Building, in December 2022.
