Slow down and explore the Art Gallery of New South Wales’ new building in a sensory tour devised and led by artist Sarah Houbolt, an internationally acclaimed blind actor, dancer and physical theatre performer.

Use all your senses for a physical experience of a selection of artworks on display.

These tours are for all audiences, but created with the low-vision and Blind communities in mind.

The tours will also be audio-described, and the tour on Sunday 11 December will Auslan interpreted.

The event is part of celebrations to mark the opening of the Art Gallery’s new building, known as the North Building, in December 2022, which includes a suite of access events for International Day of People with Disability.
