Join us at the Art Gallery of New South Wales for a panel discussion that champions the powerful voices of First Nations women.

Moderated by academic, broadcaster and filmmaker Professor Larissa Behrendt, the panel includes artist Brenda L Croft in conversation with Dr Aunty Matilda House, Aunty Ali Golding, Aunty Lola Callaghan/Ryan, Suz Ingram, Kyra Kum-Sing and Miah Wright.

The conversation will consider First Nations women’s storywork, historiography and historicity through reimagined embodied sovereign actions, as seen in Croft’s work Naabami (thou shall/will see): Barangaroo (army of me) 2019–2022 in the exhibition The National 4: Australian Art Now.
