Delaney Mirow More than black and white

This lino print is of my pop. As suggested by the name of the artwork, he is more than just black and white. He has many aspects, all kind and generous. He can make situations humorous. One prominent memory is of him creating exaggerated stories for my cousins and myself about how he lost a finger in a motorcycle accident. I have chosen my pop for my portrait as I appreciate both his and my grandma’s wisdom gained over the years. Also they have always enjoyed and encouraged my artmaking, so this is a thank you to them.
