Artist’s statement

Contemporary architecture is innovative, visionary and trailblazing as it aims to break away from standard processes and ways of thinking. I have expressed these concepts in my body of work, inspired by my passion for contemporary architecture. The use of minimalism within my work helped me to focus on the connection between the void spaces left by the abstraction of three-dimensional shapes in architectural designs. My choice of the medium of photography represents a connection between the excellence of engineering and the creativity and artistic flair of the human mind that is evident in today’s architecture.
