The kilns, staffs
1898 - 1980
While John Goodchild was studying in England in the 1920s he travelled extensively through Britain and Europe,
inspiring many prints; during this period he made images of Venice, Florence, London and Staffordshire in the Midlands, where “Tile kilns” is set.
