A ceremony to mark the installation of the Tutini (Pukumani grave posts) at the Art Gallery of New South Wales was held on 18 June 1959. Behind Dr Scougall on the rostrum to his right can be seen gallery director Hal Missingham seated. Leaning against the column is deputy director Tony Tuckson with curator Daniel Thomas beside him.
