About
This dish belonged to Beryl Whiteley, mother of the artist, Brett Whiteley. At some stage it was given to the artist and friend of Brett Whiteley, Peter Kingston, who housed it in his 'Wunderkabinett' at his home in Lavender Bay. Kingston donated the 'Wunderkabinett' to the National Art Archive at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
