    Bertram Mackennal's 'Memorial to King Edward VII' in Waterloo Place, London was unveiled by King George VI on 20 July 1921. Following the ceremony, Mackennal was received by the King at Buckingham Palace and made a Knight Commander of the Victorian Order.
