  • About

This etching by Kay Lindjuwanga represents a waterlily which is a totem for the Kardbam clan. She has depicted it at Milmilngkan where she currently lives with her family. Milmilngkan is located near a billabong where the powerful Ngalyod resides. It is an important place which she and her husband John Mawurndjul often depict in their paintings.
