About
"In this screenprint I was finishing up with using the crumpled texture stencil. It was the last print I made in Canberra. There is also the big Moundhouse painting. For me Moundhouse is an attempt at an organic architectural structure – with windows you can’t see through and doorway you can't walk into, attached to the solid density of it. It is a building for not living in (after the diagrams and drawings of Boullée, Ledoux and Lequeu that couldn’t be built) but to look at and ponder their strange symmetry."
