Workshop: Blotted line
Learn about Andy Warhol’s illustration technique
In the 1950s, Andy Warhol developed his signature style, called the blotted line technique, which combines drawing with basic printmaking methods.
Take inspiration from Warhol’s works in the exhibition Adman: Warhol before pop and try your hand at creating your own artwork by using this technique.
This workshop is lead by the Gallery’s artist educators. All materials and instructions are provided.
