Concert: Choir of St James' King Street

Join us for a performance by one of Australia's foremost choirs

Get into the festive spirit as the Choir of St James’ take inspiration from the exhibition Rembrandt and the Dutch golden age: masterpieces from the Rijksmuseum and sing musical gems of the Dutch and Franco-Flemish masters, including sacred and secular music by Clemens non Papa and the great Dutch composer Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck.

This hour-long program of sublime polyphony and secular miniatures will wrap up with some festive treats, old and new.

Note: these performances will begin at 7.30pm, not 7pm as previously advertised. The Gallery apologises for any inconvenience.
