Cocktails and curators: Matisse and the moderns BOOKED OUT
Cocktail class and curator-led tour
Join us to tour Matisse and the moderns with curator Anne Gerard-Austin, followed by a cocktail class with the team from Grasshopper bar.
Matisse and the moderns is an exhibition of Jazz by Henri Matisse and a selection of related paintings and works on paper by other major European modernist artists drawn from the Gallery’s collection. Matisse’s Jazz is a joyful work based on collages that the artist made by cutting sheets of vividly coloured paper with scissors.
The staff of the Grasshopper bar are experts in creating cocktail concoctions. Learn from the masters in this social class.
