Biennale of Sydney: Cockatoo Island tour
Visit the Embassy of the Real
Curated by Dr Stephanie Rosenthal, the 20th Biennale of Sydney is titled The Future is already here – it’s just not evenly distributed.
As host to the Embassy of the Real, the former convict settlement and shipyard of Cockatoo Island offers a space for artists to explore how we perceive reality in our increasingly digitised era.
Join us for a private 90-minute tour led by the Biennale’s curatorial research manager, Tai Spruyt. Afterwards, join us for a glass of wine at Yering Wine Bar on the island.
Wear comfortable walking shoes, hat and sunscreen and bring water.
