Aromas of wine

Smell and taste through the grape

Wine educator Aaron Brasher takes us through a sensory journey of wine. Inspired by the senses of smell and taste in The lady and the unicorn tapestries we will utilise these senses to understand the language of wine and how to apply the vocabulary that has developed to describe it.

Aaron Brasher, of Robert Oatley Vineyards, has worked for more than 25 years in the wine industry. He is a wine graduate of the famed South Australian wine university, Roseworthy Agricultural College, Brasher has worked for some of Australia’s most well-known and regarded wine brands including Penfolds and Petaluma. Brasher is an accredited Wine and Spirit Education Trust educator at the Advanced level and is a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
