Ohlfsen’s Anzac medallion image of a grieving woman cradling her dying son can also be found in a major public work: the Mornington War Memorial. Organised by the citizens of Mornington, Victoria, it was dedicated in 1925. Ohlfsen donated her reliefs for the memorial after working on them in Australia in 1921-22.
