Angel Zhang Ego

A wise man once told me that the self does not exist without the reflection of others. For me, the year of 2022 has been a great cracking and reforming of the world. I experienced total alienation from my sense of self. And it was this that I realised: that the person that makes up 'me' exists beyond the physical vessel of the body and confines of the individual mind, and lives within others. Thus, this year-long project has been dedicated to those others – mothers and brothers, mentors and friends.
