Oscar Browne Dark matter

On numerous trips to the beach I salvaged a myriad of plastic and litter. In photographing these items out of context for my body of work, Dark matter, I am not only exploring the continuing effects on coastal environments of plastic pollution and litter from our materialistic society, but I am also magnifying and encouraging societal change in the way that we perceive micro-debris, a monumental issue that is far bigger than its physical size suggests.
