Kelly Hart Does not commute

‘Does not commute’ is a parody of the term ‘Does not compute’, making fun of how commuting does not work or make sense (does not compute). My work explores the congestion experienced by commuters in our city. My personal experience of the extent of transport networks within Sydney led me to investigate the common theme of transport congestion. I was able to produce my artwork on a writing tablet, then apply Photoshop elements such as layering, adjusting the capacity and colour burning. These elements combine for the viewer to experience transport congestion.
