Jarrod Harrison I take photographs and do small adventures

Work by Jarrod Harrison

My body of work is an exploration of my passion for photography, cameras, art and the life and environment around me as ‘I take photographs and do small adventures’. The series of drawings and photographs are combined to paint a portrait of me and my life in no order, sequence, theme or structure. I explored my environment through the lenses of my camera; I found its beauty could be found in the mistakes, the unfocussed, the over-contrasted and the uneven edges of my photographs. Ultimately I see my art as a representation of me and my life. A black and white shutterbug.
