Start the night listening to poetry that inspired John Olsen while viewing his paintings. Then hear his friends, chefs Lucio Galletto and Damien Pignolet, discuss the food that has influenced John’s work. Afterwards, soak up some jazz with a performance by the Ben Hauptmann Trio and special guest Elana Stone.
