Tonight Art After Hours celebrates International Day of People with Disability. Start your evening with a short behind-the-scenes film screening, followed by a panel of four artists from the Front Up Emerge Program as they discuss their process of creating a collaborative art installation at Barangaroo. That’s followed by talks from artists as they respond to artworks in the Gallery, exploring themes of identity, visibility and validation. Watch the Martin Scorsese film Who’s that knocking at my door, book a ticket to hear Ben Quilty reflect on Trouble in paradise by Cecily Brown, or catch something beautiful to the ear and great for the feet as the Three Handed Beat Bandits play jazz like you’ve never heard before.
