This magnificent part of the Gallery building, dating back to 1902, was designed by the official Colonial Architect, WL Vernon. It features glass domes and a mosaic-tiled floor.

You pass through the vestibule as you enter the Gallery

Accessible directions

  1. Take the lift (on your left) up one level, to “G”
  2. Turn right and head through the entrance court towards the front of the Gallery
  3. Take the small, temporary ramp down to the vestibule
