The information desk is located in the vestibule. You can get directions, pick up brochures and rent audio tours of our collection, permanent galleries and exhibitions.
You can also listen to the audio tours online, download for free to your MP3 player or subscribe for free as a podcast via our RSS link or via iTunes.

Accessible directions
The information desk is not directly accessible by wheelchair, due to two steps between the entrance court and vestibule. If you are unable to get to the information desk, you can enquire at the ticketing and membership desk instead:
- Take the lift (on your left) up one level, to G
- Turn right and head through the entrance court towards the front of the Gallery
- The ticketing desk is on your right
