General Information:

• Dancing is only allowed in the Restaurant Function Space.
• The Gallery is a non-smoking venue.
Red wine is not permitted at cocktail functions, except for the Restaurant Function Space.
Wedding receptions are not permitted in the Gallery.
Naked flame is not permitted in the Gallery.
Limited theming only as all venues are themed with artworks.

• The Gallery is pleased to provide Gallery A.V. equipment when available, this includes lectern, microphones, staging and limited lighting. However, when any A.V. equipment is required a Gallery an A.V Technician must be in attendance for the duration of the function, including set up and bump out of equipment. Depending upon the amount of A.V. equipment required and the time available to set it up, additional A.V. technicians may be required on the same cost basis.

• Metered parking is available on Art Gallery Road, both immediately outside the Gallery and toward Mrs Macquarie's Chair. Alternatively, the Gallery can provide you with contact details for parking stations in the area, and a valet parking service available for hire.
