Daniel Brough Grandmother’s smile

My grandmother lives overseas. I always go to see her during school holidays. I am the only grandson of my grandmother. She waits for me during vacation. She smiles, but her eyes always look sad because she is very sick. Grandma needs a big operation. I hope the operation will be successful and I hope my grandmother’s eyes are smiling too.
