Blue skies, cosy hugs and the widest smile. From night drives in the city to highly competitive Scrabble games, spending time with Dad never fails to brighten up my day. I love hearing about all his adventures and his advice for me about mine. In this painting, I captured his caring personality through his love for our dog and used vibrant colours to paint the sunny weather, revealing the emotional warmth he creates in our family. I wouldn’t be the person I am without him by my side. I am forever grateful to have Dad in my life.
