As well as the usual benefits of membership, including the Gallery Plus program, Contempo offers tailored extras, including music and theatre deals, movie giveaways and exclusive viewings at the Gallery and cultural institutions across Sydney.
Funds raised through these events go directly towards helping purchase specific artworks for the Gallery’s collection selected by the Gallery’s curators. In recent years, Contempo has raised funds to buy works by Janet Laurence, Tracey Moffatt, Frank Hinder, Debra Dawes, Constanze Zikos, Luo Brothers and Ex de Medici to name a few.
