Be part of the art

With a lively and diverse program of more than 400 events a year, there are viewings, lectures, workshops, concerts, visits, tours and parties to cater for all cultural interests. And membership brings many other benefits, including a raft of discounts and a free monthly art magazine, Look, available only to members. There’s even a corporate membership program designed exclusively for businesses wanting an inspiring and elegant entertainment alternative.

It’s also an opportunity to get involved in other ways. Our members organisation – the Art Gallery Society of New South Wales – makes a substantial contribution to the development of the permanent collections as all funds raised go towards the acquisition of works of art. The Society also manages our volunteer program.

Whether you’re a student, a family or a business, or even if you live outside of Sydney, we have different types of membership to suit. So join us, and be part of the art.
