Day in paradise depicts a series of moments throughout Newtown, heart of Sydney’s inner west. I intended to explore, illustrate and embellish the richness of its detail and history, the peculiarity of its people and the unique street art and culture that make Newtown the world it is. I’ve spent so many good times in Newtown that I just wanted to put them all down on paper.
