The Gallery’s annual student photo prize

Flatlands: Photography and everyday space

Designed to support and encourage excellence in student photographic practice in the visual arts, this competition will offer an annual high profile opportunity for students to develop their photographic skills and gain recognition for their efforts. In 2012, the competition will be run in association with the exhibition Flatlands: Photography and everyday space (15 Sep 2012 – 3 Feb 2013) and entries to the competition will explore the theme of photographic space. Prizes include a Polaroid camera and film, and Gallery bookshop vouchers.

Students may each submit up to three photographs in one of the following categories:

Junior: Years 3–6
Intermediate: Years 7–10
Senior: Years 11–12
