Travel as lightly as possible and, when possible, avoid bringing individual student bags.
No responsibility is taken by the Gallery for the loss of valuable items or bags.

On arrival...

1. Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early (serviced bookings only).
2. Check in with a Gallery Services Officer (GSO) at the entrance door.
3. Place bags in storage trolleys as directed by GSOs.
4. Check in with staff at the Information Desk, even if you have not booked an education service.
5. Meet your Children's Guides / Teacher-Lecturers at the Information Desk (serviced bookings only).
6. Facilities for students with a disability are available. Please ask GSOs or Information Desk staff for further information (see below).

Remember...

• Student behaviour, safety and security are a teacher's responsibility. Groups must be supervised at all times.
• Turn off mobile phones.
• Touching artwork is not permitted.
• Ballpoint and felt-tip pens are not permitted. A pencil and small sketchbook are preferred.
• Photography of the Gallery's permanent collection, with the exception of the Yiribana Gallery, is permitted only without a flash or tripod.
• Photography of your students engaging with the Gallery is permitted, without a flash or tripod.
• Eating, drinking or chewing gum in the Gallery is not permitted.
