Located on Lower Level 1, Lower Level 3 and the Upper Level.
 

Wet weather

The Gallery has limited undercover areas for large groups of students. In case of wet weather, please have a contingency plan for meeting and eating points and wet weather gear for staff and students.
 

Bags and storage

The Gallery has limited storage facilties for bags. Groups are advised where possible no bags or the minimum amount of bags necessary. K-6 teachers are advised to bring essential equipment only and student lunches in one 'Excursion Bag'.
 

Refreshments

Food and drinks can be purchased from the Gallery Café, the Pavilion Kiosk or nearby Martin Place and Circular Quay.
 

Eating spaces

The Gallery has no spaces for students and teachers to eat morning tea or lunch. The Domain, opposite the Gallery, is recommended for these eating breaks.
 

Parking

Limited meter parking on Art Gallery Road and Mrs Macquarie's Road. Parking also available in the Domain Car Park.

There are drop-off and pick-up zones for school buses in front of the Gallery. There is no street parking for school buses near the Gallery.
