IMPORTANT- All visits by education groups, including self-guided visits, must be booked in advance.
- A minimum of one week’s notice is required for a self-guided visit.
- A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for a serviced visit.
- All bookings will only be accepted in writing – either online or by fax or mail.
- Please use the booking request form provided (online or printable).
- We cannot accept tentative bookings.
- Any charges associated with your visit, such as program and exhibition entry fees, are invoiced. Exhibition entry fees are no longer paid at the entry desk on the day of your visit.
- We recommend you select three possible dates and times for your visit in case your first choices are not available.
Before you make your bookingBefore you make your booking, we suggest you plan your day strategically to maximise your time at the Gallery. Consider your desired outcomes and which combination of booked services, experiences and resources can best achieve them. If you need more information or advice, contact us to discuss your needs. - Once your booking has been finalised, you should receive a confirmation by fax within two working days (three working days during the peak period, February–May). You will then receive an invoice (for any program and exhibition entry fees) and confirmation letter by mail.
- Please check all details are correct and contact us immediately if corrections are required.
- Payment in full must be received at least five working days before your visit, either by cheque, direct deposit or credit card.

Cancellations and changesCancellations and changes must be received by fax at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled booking. Cancellations and changes received after this time carry full liability for payment.
