Please check that all details are correct. If there are any queries contact the Bookings Office immediately to amend the details. Please note: You will be invoiced for any programs and chargeable exhibitions you have booked. Exhibition entry fees are no longer paid at the entry desk on the day of your visit.
Payment Payment in full must be received at least five working days prior to your visit. Booking cancellations and amendments The Gallery has a cancellation and amendment policy. Cancellations must be received by fax at least two working days prior to the scheduled booking and will incur a 10% administration fee. Cancellations received after this time carry full liability for payment. Amendments must be received by fax no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Amendments received after this time carry full liability for payment.
Self-guided visit bookings
Bookings will only be accepted in writing via fax, online or by mail. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is preferred for non-serviced bookings.
