Artside-In regional program

Artside-In provides students with a unique opportunity to access and investigate all areas of the AGNSW and Sydney Art World. We are always keen to hear from regional PSP schools who are interested in participating in this innovative outreach program.

Here are two examples of how the Artside-In program can be adapted to suit the needs of your school. If you would like more information please see How to get Involved

Artside-in Moree

In 2007 Arts NSW, through the ConnectEd funding program, selected Artside-in! as a best-practice education program, enabling the Gallery to take it to Moree, in the New England Region of northern New South Wales. Artside-In! Moree ran over two consecutive weeks in May 2007 and included a Visual Arts Teachers professional development day, a three-day, intensive, studio-based art camp at the Moree Plains Gallery and a 5-day immersion in the Sydney art world - based at the Art Gallery of New South Wales - for students, teachers and Moree Plains Gallery staff. The program concluded with an exhibition of the participating students' works at the Moree Plains Gallery in November 2007.
