  • About

This painting depicts designs associated with Marrapinti, north-west of the Kiwirrkura Community. There are many small rockholes and caves, also soakage water at this site which is the artist's birthplace. A large number of women gathered here to perform the dances associated with this mythology. They also gathered the edible tuber known as Yunala.
