About
The documentation for the painting states:
"They used to have a big camping area near a big lagoon which the people weren’t allowed to camp too close to it. The only people that were allowed near the lagoon were me and my brothers and sisters because they were Junkayi (like proper boss for that country).
It was the main hunting and fishing place for the Karrwa and Yanula people. The Karrwa/Yanula people used to travel up and down this country. They used to camp through their journey there."
