Ralph Trafford Walker was a painter, printmaker and sculptor, best known for his sculptural relief bronze doors for the Mitchell Library, made in 1942. He studied at the East Sydney Technical College with sculptor Rayner Hoff and produced dioramas for the Australian War Memorial c. 1945 and was an official war artist during WW II. Work is held in the collections of the National War Memorial and the National Gallery of Australia.
