  • About

Rah Fizelle visited Europe during 1928–30, creating a number of drawings, watercolours and prints from the experience. He would subsequently become an important figure within the modern movement in Sydney; but these watercolours mark his early more tentative simplifications of form, based upon the theories and works of modern artists that he had recently studied in Europe.
