Waratah is an Australian music trio that fuses jazz, contemporary and international musical elements. It features the sweet, flowing lines of eminent saxophonist Sandy Evans, the exquisite textures and passion of Satsuki Odamura’s koto and Tony Lewis’s unique armoury of percussion instruments. The music is composed by the members of the group and is brought to life through dynamic, improvisational dialogue.
