Discover the pleasures of drawing with Sydney artist Jennifer Keeler-Milne.
The focus of the workshops are learning skills and techniques while engaging with the Gallery’s diverse collection and exhibition program in a fresh direct manner.
Jennifer Keeler-Milne is a practising artist and teacher. Her drawings have been selected for nine Dobell Drawing Prize exhibitions and she is represented in Australia’s largest drawing collections, including those of the Art Gallery of NSW. She is an experienced and qualified teacher, who has lectured at the University of Sydney, UTS and the National Art School.
All levels of experience are welcome.

Open a tin of colour pencils and learn a range of fresh techniques that can bring this medium alive for adults. Discover some colour theory along the way to enhance your drawing practice.

An in-depth weekend workshop to learn how to create volume and three dimensions in your drawing, while taking a thorough look at some of the artworks from the collection.

Two-day workshop: The fundamentals of drawing tone
A comprehensive weekend workshop to learn how to create effects of light and dark in drawing. Learn the skill of making tonal drawings, while taking an extensive look at some of the artworks from the collection.
