Join Contempo as we visit Liz Nowell and Jason Wing at home to take a tour of their contemporary art collection. These two are a powerhouse of the emerging contemporary art scene in Sydney. Liz is an independent curator extraordinaire, recently co-curating the extremely successful SafARI 2014. Jason is an amazing artist whose clever and stunning works are influenced by his Indigenous and Chinese heritage. You may have seen his work Between two worlds in Kimber Lane in Haymarket.
Hear what sparked their interest to collect works by the likes of Abdul Abdullah, Vernon Ah Kee, Tony Albert, Billy Benn, Will Coles, Billy Cooley, Jumaadi, Adam Hill, Natalya Hughes, Anton Kanenmeyer, Tracey Moffatt and Nyapanyapa Yunupingu.
