Lecture at UTS
Jan van Schaik collaborated with Natasha Bullock, curator of contemporary art at the Art Gallery of NSW, on the architectural redesign of the Franco & Amina Belgiorno-Nettis & Family Contemporary Galleries for the Gallery’s exhibition We used to talk about love.
Jan is a co-director of Minifie van Schaik Architects (MvS), a globally recognised practice based in Melbourne. He is a lecturer and PhD candidate at RMIT University and chair of the City of Melbourne’s Creative Spaces working group.
In his lecture, Jan will discuss the We used to talk about love project as well as previous collaborations in contemporary art spaces, including the 2012 Adelaide Biennial.
The lecture is co-presented with the University of Technology, Sydney, and forms part of the Interior and Spatial Design public lecture series.
