Auslan-interpreted talk: European prints and drawings
For deaf and hearing-impaired visitors
Our exhibition European prints and drawings 1500-1900 provides a rare chance to see works on paper by some of Europe’s greatest artists. These works are usually kept in storage due to their sensitivity to light.
On display for the first time in the Gallery is Melencolia I by Albrecht Dürer, marking the 500th anniversary since this 1514 engraving was created. Join us as we look more closely at one of the most mysterious images in Western art.
No bookings required. Just meet at the information desk.
